This three storey apartment building included 18 apartments above retail at street level and a basement carpark.

The structure comprised reinforced concrete block shear walls with large span Hollowcore units for the suspended floor up to level 1. Above level 1 the structure was primarily steel frame construction with steel portal frames, rolled steel wall framing, rolled steel floor joists, and DHS roof purlins.
