Duff & Finn is a new Liquor Store Chain for Foodstuffs.
The structure comprises structural steel frames, precast panels, and the lateral loads are resisted by a braced frame system. The ground conditions are extremely poor so the foundations and slab is designed as a suspended system spanning between driven timber piles.
