This three storey apartment building includes 18 apartments above 3 retail spaces at street level. The Architecture of the building, while modern, is in keeping with the heritage feel of Jackson Street.

The structure comprised reinforced concrete block shear walls with Hollowcore units for the suspended level 1 floor slab. Above level 1 the structure was primarily steel frame construction with steel portal frames, rolled steel wall framing, rolled steel floor joists, and DHS roof purlins.
