John started with ISP in 1999 and is currently a Director of the company. John undertakes the structural design, construction observation and contract management of commercial, industrial, and domestic projects. John’s projects range in size from small houses to multi-million dollar developments. John is experienced in the design of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and timber structures. John liaises closely with the client and architect throughout the duration of a project to ensure clients’ satisfaction - an important philosophy within ISP. |

Luoman jointed ISP in early 2007. As graduate engineer, he has worked on a wide range of project from simple domestic buildings through to multi-storey apartments and industrial buildings. With strong background on structural analysis, he has also worked on several of seismic assessment and strengthening projects. |

| Experience: |
David has been in the Engineering field since 1993. He began training as a structural draftsman with Spencer Holmes while completing his tertiary Engineering qualifications at Wellington Polytechnic. He worked on jobs such as Canopies and Shops for BP service stations. He was the first to use AutoCAD in the office, and developed many efficient customisations. David joined ISP in 2002 after returning from a 2 year European OE. He works mainly on residential housing projects in both structural design & construction monitoring aspects. |

Hugh joined ISP in 1996. He has over 20 years experience in domestic and commercial structural design. Having worked for Bruce Smith, Chapman and Amos Consulting Engineers Ltd, De Terte and Kerr-Hislop Consulting Engineers Ltd, Homes Consulting Engineers Ltd, British Rail Network South East (Bridge Division) and Beca Consulting Ltd. |
